In boxing, Anthony Joshua is known for his power, precision, and discipline. In property, he found a similar clarity in British entrepreneur and educator Samuel Leeds—someone who has spent over a decade teaching people how to navigate property investment without getting lost in complexity.

In 2019, Joshua reached out to Leeds via Instagram with a message that highlighted what sets a great educator apart:

That direct message sparked more than admiration. Joshua’s brother and business advisors soon spent a day with Leeds, exploring his investment strategies and learning how to apply them effectively. With that insight, Joshua has reportedly grown his property portfolio to £150 million, showing that his discipline in the ring translates seamlessly to wealth-building.

From Champion Boxer to Strategic Investor

The message came after Joshua began following Leeds online, sparking an exchange that led the boxing star’s brother and business advisors to spend a day with the property mentor, learning first-hand about his investment strategies.

For Leeds, who has spent a decade teaching financial freedom through property, the praise was a major validation: “When someone of AJ’s stature recognises your ability to teach and break things down, it means a lot. He’s not just a world-class athlete, he’s a serious entrepreneur.”

Inspired to Step into the Ring

The admiration went both ways. Inspired by Joshua’s mindset, Leeds entered the boxing ring himself in 2023 for a charity match against fellow property educator Rob Moore. In front of nearly 2,000 spectators, Leeds won on points after a first-round knockdown. The fight raised £250,000 for charitable initiatives supporting communities in remote African regions.

“Anthony inspired me, not just to get in the gym, but to push myself outside my comfort zone,” Leeds explained. “The fact that our bout also raised a quarter of a million for good causes makes me proud.”

Clarity as a Catalyst for Success

Today, Samuel Leeds continues to run his property academy and invest across the UK, with a mission to help ordinary people achieve financial freedom. Endorsements from high-profile figures like Joshua have elevated his visibility, but it’s his ability to simplify complex ideas that truly distinguishes him.

In a world overflowing with jargon and false promises, Samuel Leeds proves that clarity isn’t just a teaching skill, it’s a path to real impact. Anthony Joshua recognized that from the start, bridging the worlds of elite sport and financial empowerment.
